New master suite, veranda, custom spiral staircase, 3-gas fireplaces, game room, wet bar, powder room.

Matza project - 2400 sq.ft addition
New master suite, living room, entry, 2-car garage, new high efficient boiler system to accommodate added in–floor heat and domestic water.

Existing 2-car garage converted to a family room. Homeowners did not want full logs to match existing house so PRC used log posts, non-structural log roof elements harvested from the homeowners acreage. Tongue and groove log siding was used that with similar in size to the existing.

Lunde residence - 4000 sq. ft. custom log home
Douglas fir logs from Oregon. Design was based on homeowners desires for dramatic views of Quandry peak.

Barton - 2400 sq.ft. addition
New living room, master suite, kitchen, 2-car garage, entry, office, storage. High efficiency boiler system was added to accommodate radiant in-floor heat.
